Information we collect
When you request a trial, register for a program, book a facility, order a uniform or register interest in a trip, we collect the information needed to provide that service. This can include parent and player details, contact information, booking details, consent choices and documents you intentionally upload.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver and manage DHS services, process payments, communicate confirmations and reminders, maintain attendance and player records, support safeguarding, and improve our website and programs.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. DHS uses trusted technology providers, including Supabase and Vercel, to operate the website and store business records securely. Those providers process data according to their own terms and privacy commitments.
Advertising analytics
If you allow analytics, we may use Meta advertising tools to understand which advertisements lead to genuine website visits, trial requests or purchases. Campaign parameters may be stored with your request so DHS can measure campaign performance. Essential site functions remain available if you decline.
Your choices
You can decline advertising analytics in the consent notice. You may ask DHS to correct or delete personal information where applicable, subject to records we must retain for operational, safeguarding, payment or legal reasons.
